Partner Programs

The combination of our proven, award-winning software and strong customer relationships makes Quest a smart, reliable technology partner.

Quest has partnered with more than 10,000 companies around the world with industry-leading solutions and services that address business needs. Including companies that architect, integrate, implement, deploy and often operate the systems that enable our joint customers to conduct business in today’s highly competitive marketplace.

Quest values our partners and supports them with an abundance of specialized programs that enable them to support our mutual customers. We offer regular training and certification classes to ensure our partners are always up to date on product features. Quest communicates with our partners regularly with newsletters and through a team of dedicated Alliance Managers. This is all done to ensure that our mutual customers experience with our partners reflects Quest’s focus on “customers first”. Quest offers a vast array of partnership levels to ensure a successful relationship:

Description

Global Partners

Includes both system integrators who provide large-scale design and implementation services and managed service providers who have standardized on Quest solutions as part of their service offerings.

Regional Partners

Offer services in a few countries or regions, and include both system integrators and managed service providers that support customers in the design and implementation of Quest solutions. There are three tiers of Regional Partners: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Platinum Partners – have achieved annual sales targets, and have met all sales and technical product training requirements. Platinum Partners work with an Alliance Manager to help them grow their business with Quest, through business planning, pipeline reviews, access to our executive and product management teams, access to PartnerZone, marketing resources and joint funding, sales and product certification programs, and access to technical pre-sales and post-sales resources.

Gold Partners – have also achieved annual sales targets, and have met all sales and technical product training requirements. Gold Partners work with an Alliance Manager to help them grow their business with Quest, through business planning, monthly pipeline reviews, access to PartnerZone marketing resources, sales and product certification programs, and access to technical pre-sales and post-sales resources.

Silver Partners – have been chosen for their potential growth in a particular geography or solution area. They will work with one of our Regional Partner Manager to establish some 12 month goals on revenue and product certification. They will have full access to Quest’s PartnerZone and Technical Enablement portal to support them through the trial period. Field engagements will be supported by Quest’s in-field account managers.

Corporate Resellers

Are fulfillment partners with whom customers have chosen to consolidate their purchasing power and/or simplify their asset management, licensing compliance and renewal processes.

International Distributors

Are located in countries where we do not have a direct sales office

Managed Service Providers

Are solution providers that use ournetwork diagnostics, network management, and network discovery tools to manage thousands of networks around the world. Learn More »

Referral Partners

Are existing and new partners that do not re-sell Quest software, but receive a referral fee for engaging with Quest on an existing project or by brining to Quest’s knowledge a new customer project within an existing customer. Learn More »
