Before installing Recovery Manager, ensure your system meets the following minimum hardware and software requirements:

Recovery Manager host

Platform	Intel x86, x64 (500MHz or higher)
Operating System	Either of the following: Microsoft Windows 2003 SP1 or later Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or later Microsoft Windows Server 2008
Additional Software & Services	Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (SP1 recommended) LiteSpeed 5.2.0 or higher (required for enhanced backup analysis) Windows PowerShell 1.0 downloadable from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/technologies/management/powershell/default.mspx (required for PowerShell Cmdlets)

SharePoint Server

Software & Services

Either of the following: Windows SharePoint Services v.2 SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Windows SharePoint Services v.3 Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010

SharePoint Backend SQL server

Platform	Intel x86 /x64
Memory	Minimum 512MB. 2GB of RAM are recommended.
Additional Software	Either of the following: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 SP4 Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SP1 or later SPs Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express SP1 or later SPs Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
