Site Administrator for SharePoint

Simplified SharePoint Site Administration & Usage Reporting

As your SharePoint environment expands, whether on-premises, online or a hybrid of the two, its complexity grows, as well. Migrating content and applications, and everyday management can get to be the hardest parts of your day. Native tools don’t provide the centralized management and reporting functions necessary to assess and administer multiple SharePoint deployments, including those in Office 365.

With Site Administrator for SharePoint, you get a tool that offers increased visibility into your environment in order to reduce daily management challenges, as well as time spent when larger jobs are needed. Site Administrator’s auto-discovery wizard helps you explore and understand your environment so there are no surprises during management and migration. A centralized administrative console gives you detailed reports and metrics to help plan future SharePoint migrations as well as perform day-to-day security and auditing tasks. At last, you can reduce the management burden on IT by enabling content owners to manage and report on their content as they see fit.

  • Powerful Discovery – Better understand your SharePoint environment by identifying all SharePoint servers and sites across your network – even those you didn’t know existed. The powerful auto-discovery wizard ensures there aren’t any surprises about what you need to support.
  • Prepare Before You Migrate – Accurately scope and prioritize your migration. You’ll be able to quickly discover the true extent of your environment with useful reports to prioritize your content before migrating.
  • One-Stop Management – Save time by centrally managing, reporting and restructuring content and permissions across your entire SharePoint environment with a single interface.
  • SharePoint Online Reporting – Centrally monitor user licenses and storage distribution across your SharePoint online environment in order to ensure you’re getting the most from your Office 365 investment.
  • Simple Security – Protect your valuable SharePoint content by managing and monitoring the users who have access to that content. Quickly search for users and access rights across the entire environment, including those granted permissions via SharePoint groups or Active Directory, and then modify rights from within the search results.
  • Access Your Way – Empower content owners to access, schedule and export reports, as well as manage permissions, on the content they own. Now you can give content owners the tools and reports they need without compromising your security.
  • Audit Ease – Track user activity and security modifications across sites and site collections in order to reduce the amount of time spent analyzing native audit logs and reporting back to the content owner.
